Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Henry Blue. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering health and safety courses to our Environmental Health apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for Environmental Health apprentices
  • Assess and evaluate the knowledge and skills of apprentices in Environmental Health
  • Work closely with the team, apprentices, and employers to ensure that apprentices meet the required standards
  • Contribute to the development of the apprenticeship standard and end-point assessment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning experience for apprentices
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in health and safety and Environmental Health
  • Excellent teaching and assessment skills
  • Ability to work effectively with apprentices, employers, and colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
