We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Manager to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting our customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a community patch plan in collaboration with customers and external stakeholders.
- Represent Home Group in our communities and undertake Housing Manager tasks such as patch inspections, anti-social behaviour management, statutory compliance visits, rent arrears visits, and viewings/sign-ups for new customers.
- Progress legal paperwork such as Notices of Seeking Possession and prepare witness statements for anti-social behaviour cases at court.
- Represent Home Group at Court on cases on your patch.
- Involve across our other housing management functions.
- A background in neighbourhood management processes, either within the housing sector or an alternative sector.
- An understanding of housing management, housing law, and customer service.
- Fully competent in IT and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Super organised and methodical in your approach and a proactive self-starter with a can-do positive attitude.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a genuine desire to help your customers.
- Confident working with external partners and stakeholders such as local authorities.
