We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our client's highly efficient and professional body shop team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing and finishing vehicles to meet the company's and customers' expected standards.
Main Responsibilities- Vehicle Preparation: Perform tasks such as masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks to prepare vehicles for painting.
- Spray Painting: Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritizing customer care and satisfaction.
- Health and Safety: Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend company-arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
- Adherence to Regulations: Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.
- Qualifications: Preferably with ATA/Level 3 qualified, but not mandatory. 3 years of experience required.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour, with a bonus opportunity of up to £800 per month.
