About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at Isio. As a key member of our Pensions Administration Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administration services to our clients and their members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, providing expert administration services and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Support the team with training and development needs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards of quality.
  • Identify non-core fee projects and communicate with clients in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience as a senior pensions administrator, with a strong understanding of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
