Job Title: Investment Principal

At N-Hance of Central Point, we are seeking an experienced Investment Principal to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire investment process, from identifying and evaluating opportunities to conducting thorough due diligence and deal structuring and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the investment process, including identifying and evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and deal structuring and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of existing portfolio companies, helping founders grow their businesses and flourish.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry leaders to source high-potential investment opportunities and collaborations.
  • Develop and share expert insights on sector trends, contributing to the firm's thought leadership and brand positioning.
Requirements:
  • MBA, CFA, and/or relevant advanced degree from an established institution.
  • At least 10 years of significant experience in a top-tier venture capital firm, focusing on full-cycle deal management.
  • Extensive network in the venture capital community.
  • Clear track record of successful exits.
  • Proven track record of managing significant AUM and raising external funds.
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess, with a keen ability to identify critical issues, analyze data, consider alternatives, and propose practical, impactful solutions.
  • Strong network within the Family Office network.
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and go-getter attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
