About the Role

As a senior crown prosecutor, you will play a critical role in delivering justice in some of the most complex and challenging cases. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing evidence, charging decisions, and providing legal advice to criminal justice partners and victims of crime. You will also be responsible for maintaining public confidence in the CPS's work.

About You

We are seeking qualified barristers and solicitors with extensive knowledge of criminal law, including the most serious offenses. You will demonstrate sound legal judgment and be able to present cases clearly, both verbally and in writing. A commitment to public service, a focus on continuous learning, and an understanding of the CPS's role within the criminal justice system are essential qualities for this role.
