Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

The Recruitment Co. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team in Sheffield. As a key member of the Engineering and Operations teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's automation and process control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient maintenance of the company's electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the automation and process control systems.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to design and implement new electrical systems and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Operations team to ensure the smooth operation of the company's processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in heavy industry, specifically in automation and process control.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and automation technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
