Luna Partners is a prestigious private healthcare clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional, doctor-led health assessments in a luxurious environment.

This Client Concierge position is pivotal and ideal for a polished, client-oriented individual possessing outstanding communication and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Concierge:

Your role will be to guarantee that every individual who enters the clinic receives a premier service. As the initial point of contact for clients attending their health assessments, you will be tasked with warmly welcoming them and curating a VIP experience.

Your responsibilities will include preparing client rooms, coordinating meals, arranging transportation and accommodation, along with various receptionist and administrative tasks.

  • Warmly and professionally greeting clients while fostering a rapport throughout their visit
  • Preparing client suites with necessary amenities and refreshments
  • Coordinating hotel and transportation arrangements for clients
  • Maintaining relationships and securing preferential rates with local accommodations
  • Accurately documenting confidential notes
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email
  • Scheduling and managing offsite medical appointments for clients
  • Preparing meeting spaces for guests
  • Collaborating with doctors, health professionals, and colleagues
