Job Title: Commissioning Manager

Location: Bristol City Council

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commissioning Manager. As a key member of our Housing Options Service, you will play a crucial role in reducing rough sleeping in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the co-produced bidding process for RSI funding in partnership with DLUHC advisors, stakeholders, and partner organisations.
  • Commission effective service provision to prevent and reduce rough sleeping in Bristol.
  • Implement the delivery of new services, monitor quality and performance to ensure the best outcomes for clients, and troubleshoot on day-to-day issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to implementing client-focused solutions that are trauma-informed to help people recover from homelessness, sustain their accommodation, and move towards independent living.
