We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Flexcon Europe Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that align with our business objectives and support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify the learning and development needs across the organization.
  • Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital, face-to-face, and social collaborative learning, to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Utilize adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies to ensure employees receive the best possible learning experience.
  • Deliver core learning content, including induction, regulatory, soft skills, and management development, to support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to continuously evolve our learning initiatives and curriculum.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) modules, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Drive a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) and facilitate learning interventions to support employee growth and development.
  • Plan, schedule, deliver, and report on training, ensuring quality and effectiveness measures are met.
  • Support the development of individual learning plans for employees to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance improvement and career development.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and track employee certifications and continuing education requirements.
  • Work closely with external suppliers/providers to coordinate training efforts and resources.
  • Communicate the value and importance of learning and development initiatives to all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Organizational Learning and Development.
  • Proven track record in managing the complete learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning in a professional skills environment.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with virtual training tools and technologies.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • A keen eye for attention to detail.
