- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student well-being and academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (minimum 2:2).
- Valid teaching certification – QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching (2 years preferred).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to ensure a smooth and efficient teaching experience.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Qualified Teacher Status/NQT.
- Relevant Primary school experience.
- Supply two recent references.
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.
- Competitive daily pay rate £150.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
