About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Wates, you will play a key role in leading our commercial function and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing pre and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and encourage project team performance, ensuring that Wates' contractual obligations and strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the commercial function within assigned projects.
  • Produce internal and external commercial reports to inform business decisions.
