Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to join our team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the management team to drive continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations
- Motivate and lead the catering team to achieve high standards of service and quality
- Assist with inventory management, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans to drive business growth
- Manage cash handling and processing payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Support and train team members to develop their skills and excel in their roles
- Represent Restaurant Associates and maintain a positive brand image
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to quality
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Ambitious and motivated individual with a desire to upskill and progress their career
