Care and Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Lark View Care Home. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating engaging and enjoyable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a range of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure a person-centered approach to care.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and respond to the changing needs of our residents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our activities program, ensuring it is inclusive and accessible to all.

- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- A contracted 16-24 hours per week, with opportunities for flexibility.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata).
- Uniform and DBS provided.
- Onsite parking.
