About the Role

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Brentwood. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice to stakeholders and Directors, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance issues. You will also be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and inducting new staff members, ensuring diversity and equality throughout the business and its processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist HR advice to stakeholders and Directors on performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance issues.
  • Recruit, onboard, and induct new staff members, ensuring diversity and equality throughout the business and its processes.
  • Manage staff absences, escalating issues to the HRBP as needed.
  • Ensure HR policies are adhered to, support pay reviews, and provide HR communication for the site.
  • Perform ad-hoc HR duties as required.

Requirements

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Accomplished HR generalist with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to commit to a 9-month contract.
  • Local to Brentwood, with the ability to work on-site.
