Job Title: Retail Duty Store Manager

At Goodwill Industries of Kansas, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Duty Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and employee scheduling.
  • Supervise and train sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent, with two years of college or bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Three to five years of upper management experience in retail or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule.
