We are in search of a committed professional to become part of our Collateral Management division as an Assistant Vice President. In this capacity, you will oversee margin exposure across diverse asset classes, ensure prompt resolution of cash and non-cash discrepancies, and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee margin exposure and guarantee precise settlement
  • Address cash and non-cash discrepancies promptly
  • Manage collateral effectively while adhering to established policies
  • Resolve collateral disputes and conduct reconciliations
  • Participate in regulatory reporting and stakeholder engagement
Skills and Experience:
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal documentation and essential terms in financial agreements
  • Familiarity with derivative products and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with collateral optimization and reconciliation methodologies
