About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Reperio Human Capital. As a key member of our US Tech Recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top IT talent for our clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs in the US tech market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the US
- Source and attract top IT talent for our clients in the US
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
