Care Outlook LTD is in search of a meticulous and systematic Medication Compliance Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring that medication administration aligns with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) system to guarantee precise tracking of care visits.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of caregivers' time spent with clients.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for management, payroll, and billing purposes.
  • Address alerts concerning missed appointments or delays in service.
  • Engage with caregivers to document and understand reasons for any missed or late visits.
  • Assist staff in navigating the ECM system effectively.
  • Participate in the on-call service as necessary.
  • Comply with company policies regarding privacy and data protection.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of ECM systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the ECM system integrates seamlessly with other operational functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a comparable role within a healthcare or domiciliary care environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT, data management, or related disciplines.

  • Ability to train and support staff in the effective use of ECM systems.
