About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Health Care Assistant to join our Community Cardio-Respiratory Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the healthcare team in the provision and delivery of programmes of patient care under the indirect supervision of registered practitioners.
  • Take physical or psychological measurements from named clients/service users as delegated by the team.
  • Support clients/service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing.
  • Undertake specified and delegated clinical and therapeutic activities.
  • Assist Registered Professionals in the implementation and evaluation of individualised care plans.
  • Accurately record patient information.

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
