Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess vendors for products and services, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with vendors to guarantee consistent supply and high-quality offerings.
  • Oversee and monitor orders from initiation to completion, ensuring prompt and precise delivery.
  • Keep detailed records and reports on purchasing activities, including expenditure analysis and vendor performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the formulation of procurement policies and procedures.
