Job Title: Mobile Catering Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Catering Officer to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a Mobile Catering Officer, you will be responsible for providing catering services to 20 schools across Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the dining area for service, including setting up and cleaning equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and serving food and beverages.
  • Clean all equipment and catering areas.
  • Maintain inventory of food supplies and order additional supplies.
  • Manage budgets for food supplies.
Requirements:
  • Previous catering and food preparation experience is essential.
  • Ability to cook and maintain high standards of food hygiene.
  • Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
  • Driving Licence and use of vehicle is essential.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
  • Term time only.
