Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced senior Radiographer to join our expanding team in the Radiology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality Radiology services to all customer groups, assisting in the day-to-day running of the department, and ensuring that clinical governance and risk management are embedded in daily practice.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that a high-quality Radiology service is provided to all customer groups.
- To assist in the day-to-day running of the Radiology Department.
- To provide Inpatient and Outpatient Radiography services of the highest possible standard in accordance with instructions from referring Consultants and GPs.
- To ensure that Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.
- To ensure patients are aware of the procedure for settling accounts and obtaining their reports.
Requirements
- Registered Clinician with HCPC.
- Degree or Diploma DCR(R) from College of Radiographers.
- Evidence of substantial CPD in clinically related and relevant subjects.
- IV injection certificate of competence.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of one year experience in a similar position.
Working Arrangements
- Full-time, permanent position.
Salary and Benefits
- From £39,000 per year.
