Role Overview: As the Healthcare Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exemplary care to patients with acquired brain injuries. Core Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Oversight: Offer professional guidance and direct support to the senior management team and clinical personnel. Propel the team towards achieving the organization's strategic objectives.
- Operational Management: Supervise the comprehensive management of all facility operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and legislation. Develop and oversee budgets while managing financial outcomes.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement an annual business strategy to enhance facility services and identify new business prospects. Promote the facility to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Team Development: Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous support of staff, nurturing a culture of excellence and alignment with the organization's core values.
- Quality Management: Ensure the health, safety, and safeguarding needs of all patients are prioritized. Lead the evaluation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- On-Call Management: Oversee on-call systems, providing after-hours support to maintain operational continuity.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager with a background in clinical team leadership. A clinical qualification or active nurse PIN is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Qualifications: QCF (NVQ) Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent credentials.
- Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of statutory requirements, regulations, and the principles of high-quality healthcare services.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated capability to lead and manage teams, including clinical staff, to achieve successful outcomes. Experience in budget management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work outside of standard hours when necessary.
