About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled commercial paralegal to join our legal team in an exciting fintech company.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of in-house experience as a paralegal or contract manager, with a finance/fintech background and commercial contracts experience.
- Key responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting internal clients across products, compliance, finance, treasury, and other teams, and involvement in all core functions within the company.
