Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently to provide expert advice on trade mark matters, utilizing your initiative to seek support and guidance from colleagues and the firm as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and global associates, prioritizing your workload and billing effectively.
  • Adapt your approach to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial drivers and pressures.
  • Contribute to the firm's friendly, social, and approachable culture, participating in social and professional events and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified UK or EU Trade Mark Attorney with relevant experience in a legal services firm or in-house.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial drivers and pressures.
