About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Ireland. The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in commercial new build projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost control, planning, forecasting, and estimation
  • Valuations, including value engineering and management
  • Feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis
  • Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets, etc.)
  • Risk analysis evaluations and dispute resolution
  • Managing project funding sources and submitting bids
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have main contractor experience in commercial new build projects and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
