Job Title: Freelance Mid-Weight Copywriter

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Mid-Weight Copywriter to join our team at Klick Health. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for generating innovative ideas, creating concepts for advertising and promotional copy, and developing texts from draft stage through finished product with your art partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective advertising campaigns that reflect clients' objectives
  • Understand target audience and adjust copy as required
  • Contribute innovative ideas that challenge the status quo
  • Defend strengths of existing concepts while remaining open to input and further explorations
  • Proactively anticipate and solve creative problems
  • Presents concepts and creative work in an organized, professional, and effective style to clients
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on client expectations and meets objectives consistently
  • Monitor work and progress by supervising the work of junior creatives and providing support as needed
  • Ensure verification of facts and claims with science and regulatory groups at Klick
  • Coordinate with Client Service team to identify and obtain information needed to carry out assignments in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Decisive problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work well within a team setting
  • Working knowledge of product challenges in relation to overall market
  • Computer proficiency; solid knowledge of word text programs

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Writing or related discipline preferred

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferred
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work
