Position Overview

Marylebone Services is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Room Supervisors to join our nurturing team at our newly established nursery. We currently have openings in our Infant Room and Preschool Room.

Room Details
  • Infant Room: Accommodates up to 6 infants aged 3-12 months.
  • Preschool Room: Accommodates up to 15 children aged 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a warm, caring demeanor and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
  • Conducting observations and planning activities for key children.
  • Maintaining effective communication with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
  • Exemplifying high-quality practices and serving as a role model for staff.
  • Upholding hygiene, health, and safety standards within the nursery.
Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Childcare.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a nursery setting.
  • Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
