About the Role

As an Implementations Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' business operations.

Main Responsibilities

Key activities and responsibilities include:

  • Advisory on industry best practices to customer needs
  • Master Suite Success Methodology
  • Documenting best practices, preparing training documents, and training personnel
  • Ability to learn from projects in retrospective for continuous improvement
  • Overseeing and validating data migration plans, QA testing, and UAT strategies
  • Participating in business process discovery efforts by engaging with business users and understanding their immediate needs, identifying gaps against our current systems, conceiving and proposing solutions, and developing high-level and detailed process flows

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Deep business process understanding
  • NetSuite ERP Certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer experience focus
  • Leadership skills
  • Virtual presentation skills
  • Suite Success methodology experience
  • CPA bachelor's degree is preferred
  • IT/Business consultant background
  • Language skill: English, Full professional proficiency
  • Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party logistics partners
