Strathclyde Students' Union is the beating heart of activity for students on the Strathclyde campus, connecting all students to ensure everyone can thrive while studying at the University of Strathclyde.
Our VisionWe are a bold, ambitious, and innovative organisation, much like the University and the 25,000+ students it supports. Our ultimate goal is to deliver against our core purpose of connecting students, making Strathclyde Students' Union a hub for student life.
The RoleWe are seeking a Trustee to join our Board, the ultimate legal decision-making body for the organisation. As a Trustee, you will directly support the development of our new strategic plan, working closely with our new Chief Executive to ensure the charity is financially sustainable and delivers against its core purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of our new strategic plan, aligning with the University's 2030 strategy
- Contribute to the governance and decision-making process of the Board
- Ensure the charity is financially sustainable and delivers against its core purpose
