Job Opportunity: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' school in Southgate, London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking school that prioritizes individualized learning and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to children in the Early Years following the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities to enhance student learning and development.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
  • Identify and address the additional support needs of students.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school or private nursery.
  • A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
  • Experience as a EYFS learning support assistant.
