Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at The Niche Partnership. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between finance and the wider business, providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Reconcile accounts and post journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare month-end financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the annual audit, addressing audit queries and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA with post-qualification experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Business Partner, FP&A Analyst, or Commercial Finance Analyst.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience using PowerBI and ERP systems.
