Job Description

We are seeking talented graduates to join our growing engineering team in September 2025. As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you will be an integral part of small, multi-disciplined teams involved in the design, development, and evaluation of secure communication products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of electronic hardware designs, covering schematics and layout
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to assess and select electronic components to meet product needs
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, planning, and design meetings
  • Contribute to technical solutions within teams
  • Provide support to product development activities
  • Assist in fault diagnostics to improve product performance
  • Gain an appreciation and experience in all areas of the product lifecycle, from requirements through to testing
  • Investigate emerging technologies
  • Engage in STEM outreach activities
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2:1 degree in a relevant subject such as Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Familiarity with electronic design principles and experience with one or more of the following areas:
  • Digital and analogue electronic circuit design, simulation, implementation, and verification
  • High-speed digital design
  • Design of multi-layer PCBs involving multiple embedded processing devices, including schematic capture
  • Experience of PCB layout, including reviewing and identifying constraints
  • Knowledge of RF design such as Wi-Fi, NFC, or cellular
  • Ability to review technical documents for conformity and quality
  • Ability to author technical documentation
  • Familiarity with the basic stages of the product lifecycle
  • Enthusiasm for electronic design involving the latest technologies
  • Ability to quickly learn innovative technologies
  • Ability to apply a systematic and methodical approach to debugging/resolving technical issues
  • Ability to work individually or as a member of a multi-disciplined team
  • Self-motivated
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies/techniques
  • Good time management and ownership of own deliverables
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Ability to foster and develop innovative ideas
  • Willingness to contribute to improvements in products and ways of working
