Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Drive business growth and excellence through effective management and leadership
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting
- Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- A competitive salary of circa £60,000 per annum
