Job Summary:

This is a new, Hybrid role for an experienced Software Development Manager from a Software Development background to lead, mentor, and get the best out of a small team of Developers whilst overseeing the full Software Development Lifecycle from planning and design to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of developers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement software solutions and applications that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a software development manager or lead.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, including C#, D365,.Net MVC, React, SQL Server, and Azure.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to attend on-site meetings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
