Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at HK Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to reach out to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and improve lead-generation campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience
  • Office-based role with a 37.5-hour working week
  • Pension scheme and 23 days' annual leave, plus 5 days over Christmas and bank holidays
