About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Nantwich Health Centre. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver chronic disease management services to patients
  • Conduct cervical screening and immunisations
  • Provide wound care and clinical record keeping
  • Mentor Health Care Assistants, Assistant Practitioners, and Students
  • Participate in auditing and quality control
  • Work in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct
