About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join eXPD8 as a Retail Merchandising Specialist, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety procedures.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
