We are currently seeking a dedicated Manager of Care Services to lead our residential team. This role is essential in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
The successful candidate will collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to promote independence and positive outcomes for those we support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the service.
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans.
- Conducting assessments of care needs.
- Recruiting and training new team members.
- Carrying out performance reviews and supervisions.
- Managing medication competencies and audits.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Completing regular audits and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
