Make a Difference in Musculoskeletal Care

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to join our clinical team at the Practice Plus Group MSK & Spinal Service in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced clinical team to provide specialist rapid access outpatient clinical assessment and treatment services for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of patients with varying diagnoses and complex needs using evidence-based and patient-centered principles.
  • Organize diagnostic workups and refer patients to secondary care services when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Lead and Clinical Operations Manager to achieve service targets, including supporting clinical education and audit.
  • Provide expertise in the management of the service, offering advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Perform steroid injections as appropriate.

About the Role

  • You will be a qualified Physiotherapist with a valid HCPC pin number.
  • Working towards or having completed an MSc in Physiotherapy is desirable.
  • Recognized/validated orthopaedic musculoskeletal postgraduate training is essential.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own transport are required.
  • Previous experience in orthopaedic triage is preferred.
