Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
First Military Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee contracts and ensure quality, safety, and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing and controlling labor, approving time sheets, and programming works to meet agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and control directly employed and sub-contract labor to meet project requirements.
- Approve time sheets and sub-contract labor invoices to ensure accurate payment.
- Program works to suit agreed timelines, ensuring materials are ordered and deliveries meet project requirements.
- Prepare risk assessments, method statements, quality plans, and other necessary documents to ensure project success.
- Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with company requirements, including compliance with Part L details as applicable.
- Liaise with company-employed sub-contractors to ensure work meets company requirements.
- Maintain a good working relationship with operatives and the main contractor/client.
- Organize plant, craneage, and materials to meet project timelines and cost plans.
- Record variations and advise the surveyor to ensure project accuracy.
- Ensure works are installed as per approved working drawings and specification.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, contract administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
