Senior Biodegradation Scientist

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Biodegradation Scientist to join our Environmental Sciences team at HAR Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality biodegradation services to our clients and stakeholders. As a Principal Biodegradation Scientist, you will be responsible for providing scientific leadership and expertise in biodegradation studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering results to the highest standards.

• Lead biodegradation studies and ensure compliance with GLP, A(SP)A, and HSE regulations.
• Develop and implement scientific strategies to maintain the company's biodegradation services at the forefront of the industry.
• Stay up-to-date with technical, scientific, and regulatory developments related to biodegradation services.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to promote and develop the company's biodegradation reputation.
• Network with other teams within Labcorp to provide training and advice on technical issues.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external customers to promote and develop the company's biodegradation services.
• Develop proposals for bespoke biodegradation studies and programs of work, leading the scientific review and design.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality biodegradation services to clients.

• Minimum BSc in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in biodegradation with in-depth scientific and regulatory knowledge.

• Proven project management and customer liaison skills.
