Job Title: Bank Children and Young People Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children and Young People Nurse to join our Bank team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Children and Young People Nurse to work in a variety of clinical settings, providing high-quality care to patients and their families. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at times that suit you, while still enjoying the benefits of a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients and their families in a variety of clinical settings.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Develop and maintain your clinical skills and knowledge to ensure you are up-to-date with best practice.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the Bank team and participate in training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration as a Children and Young People Nurse.
  • At least 6 months' experience of clinical nursing practice within a hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
