Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR People Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an HR People Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, ensuring compliance checks are completed, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Ensure induction and onboarding processes are completed correctly and in line with company policy
- Complete compliance checks for staff and volunteers, and maintain accurate records
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates
- Participate in people projects, including developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Lead on administrative duties in the People office, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding checks, and new starter activities
- Keep People systems and personnel files up to date
- Support the wider People team in the development and review of procedures, processes, and policies
- Stay up to date with rules and regulations regarding compliance and attend training sessions
Requirements:
- General knowledge of legislation and good practice in relation to employment law
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office, with a background in other systems/databases
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to get things right
- Discrete with an awareness of data protection and confidentiality
