Voici une journée typique :

  • Identifier les opportunités commerciales avec les clients existants et potentiels selon les critères établis par le Responsable du Centre d'Affaires.
  • Maximiser les ventes auprès de tous les clients. Suggérer des produits alternatifs et complémentaires.
  • Répondre aux besoins des clients et trouver des solutions appropriées, en fonction des circonstances.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations à long terme avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
  • Maintenir une excellente connaissance des clients, des produits et de la concurrence.
  • Suivre la rentabilité des clients et les niveaux de crédit. Informer le Responsable de toute tendance négative.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe pour comprendre les forces et les opportunités et recommander des solutions pour améliorer la promesse de la marque.
