About the Role
This market leading, multi-award winning Independent Professional Trustee is seeking an experienced pensions professional to join their team as a Trustee Client Manager.
As a key member of the IPS Group, you will work closely with the lead Professional Trustees to provide exceptional service to clients and scheme advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the delivery of a broad range of services to clients through the Associate Professional Trustees and Client teams.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for an existing Trustee, a Newly Qualified Pensions Actuary, APMI qualified Pension Consultant, or an Associate Pension Lawyer looking to further their career with a leading professional trustee firm.
You will possess excellent pension technical knowledge with a strong understanding of Pension Trusteeship. You will also be highly organized, able to manage multiple ongoing client projects, and an excellent communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to clients and scheme advisors
- Work closely with the lead Professional Trustees to deliver a broad range of services to clients
- Collaborate with the Associate Professional Trustees and Client teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and scheme advisors
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Pension Trusteeship
Requirements
- Excellent pension technical knowledge with a strong understanding of Pension Trusteeship
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing client projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build a network of contacts and assist in organic client development
