- Meeting Preparation and Administration: Prepare and distribute meeting packs, agendas, and supporting documentation to ensure all attendees are well-prepared.
- Meeting Attendance and Minutes: Attend board and committee meetings, take accurate and detailed minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
