About the Role
The Norse Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our Estates Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in managing property professionals and technical staff specializing in property management and the provision of valuation and estates management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing inspirational leadership, management, and direction in a manner consistent with the Group values.
- Ensure the effective day-to-day management and provide robust performance management of the team.
- Work in conjunction with all clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies in accordance with the clients' corporate plans.
- Liaise with clients in support of Estate & Asset Management initiatives.
- Responsible for monitoring the income and expenditure of the team.
- Continually striving for best practice.
- Provide proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients on all property issues.
- Ensuring the valuation Team business plan and financial targets are achieved.
- Meet business growth targets and responsible for identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective managing and resourcing of work and inspire a culture of excellent and continuous improvement.
- Effectively maintaining existing client relationships.
- Fee earning and contribute to the achievement of the Estates business plan objectives and targets.
Requirements
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline.
- Significant relevant experience with at least 10 years post qualification
- Previous experience in managing a Team and/or management responsibilities
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willing to travel to different offices outside of Norwich
