Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver change strategies that accelerate and sustain business outcomes and drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Effectively deliver transitional organisational change management by accelerating adoption through tools & platforms, such as Walkme, and/or Whatfix etc and a myriad of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Blackboard etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their digital needs and challenges.
  • Develop and execute digital adoption strategies to drive engagement and utilization of digital tools and platforms.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze digital adoption metrics to measure progress and identify areas for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Change Management consulting experience and experience working on engagements in a highly matrixed external client facing environment.
  • Proven expert in accelerating adoption through digital adoption tools & platforms, such as Trailhead, WalkMe, Whatfix etc and a myriad of Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Blackboard etc.
  • Expertly versed in effectively communicating with and positively influencing business stakeholders and team members.
  • Capable of starting transformation initiatives from scratch putting the workforce at the front and centre of the change.
  • Experienced with delivering Platform Implementations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP).
  • Well-versed at application of business change management theories.
  • Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • In possession of Microsoft technologies experience, e.g. Office 365, SharePoint, etc.

  • Proven experience in Business Development and positioning of Change Management.
  • C-Suite Engagement and Management.
  • Change Management or Business Analyst Qualification.
  • Highly Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
